Eden Spodek

Eden Spodek is a digital and AI strategist with 30+ years of experience helping organizations turn complexity into clear, workable strategy. She works with leaders navigating change, adopting new technology, or building structure around decisions once made on instinct alone.

Her work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. Rather than simply recommending a direction, Eden helps leaders translate strategy into practical, achievable next steps, so that good ideas don't stall out before they reach the people who need them.

Eden brings structure to fast-moving change and clarity to emerging technology. Her judgment stays steady and practical even when decisions carry real consequences. She is especially effective when organizations are adopting AI, building digital capacity, or trying to move at a pace their existing processes weren't built for.

Her experience spans corporate, regulated, not-for-profit, and small-business environments, giving her a practical understanding of how organizations of very different sizes get things done. In healthcare, she has worked with patient advocacy groups, health charities, home healthcare companies, and healthcare practitioners. She has led work through periods of major technology adoption, including the early rise of social media inside a regulated industry and, more recently, the emergence of AI as a force organizations can no longer plan around.

As Founder & CEO of Spodek & Co., a Toronto-based strategic digital consultancy, Eden works primarily with women-owned and women-led businesses and not-for-profit organizations, helping them build digital strategy that fits how they operate. She is also Co-Founder of Codecision, an AI governance and human-AI decision-making framework developed to help organizations build structure around AI adoption before it builds itself around them.

Eden is a certified Leadership & Executive Coach and sits on a Program Advisory Council at Humber Polytechnic. She has also developed courses and taught digital strategy and communications management at University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies. Spodek & Co. is WBE Canada certified.

Eden lives in Toronto, where her family, community, and staying active keep her grounded. She actively mentors and supports women-owned businesses through WBE Canada and The Forum.
